Siahn Sun was originally inspired by candle light in a little bothy amongst the Scottish Highlands. In the quiet hours with the moon as a friend, the wind whispered love through needle and thread. A stitch of the heart, made with slow hands and good intentions.

Keeping Mother Earth in mind always, we strongly believe in keeping our footprint light, and with that all our pieces are made slowly and in small batches. All original garments are designed in Australia and are ethically hand sewn by artisans in Bali. Some of the garments are also naturally dyed in Bali through a natural dyeing and textile company ‘Tarum’. The ‘hand dying’ and embroidery is done by myself in the in between moments of being a mama on home land in Australia.
